MWIS24 IngenieurOS, the Engineering ERP Suite, brings the complete operation of an engineering or planning firm into one application. Projects are calculated and managed according to HOAI, including fee zones, eligible costs, service phases, progress, budgets and deadlines. Recorded hours feed directly into fee invoicing. The dashboard highlights budget overruns and overdue deadlines. Invoices are fixed in a GoBD-compliant format, exported as ZUGFeRD XML according to EN 16931 and logged. An invoicing API supplies accounting systems with invoice data and ZUGFeRD XML, while clients, billing addresses, VAT IDs and payment terms are managed centrally.
